Return and Refund Policy

Most of our products are custom made to order.  Any custom or personalized items are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.  

Non-personalized/Non-custom products may be eligible for a return for replacement or store credit on a case by case basis but is not guaranteed.

• Must request return/exchange within 10 days of receiving your order
• Apparel items must be unwashed and unworn to be considered.
• Contact us at kalmerandco@gmail.com with details such as order number, item and reason for requested return.
• We may require to see the item to determine eligibility for return.
