CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES
Design time is $50/hour with minimum of 1 hour paid in advance. This covers up to 3 design options. Edits to those designs may incur additional charges. Any time not used will be credited towards your product order but is non-refundable.
Embroidery requires special file types such as DST. Converting a file for embroidery is called digitizing which requires extra time and fees vary based on size and stitching details.
Tips to keep design costs down:
1. Provide production ready artwork such as SVG files with NO imbedded images.
2. Provide vector files such as high-resolution PDF or Transparent PNG files with minimum 300 dpi at 10”
3. Choose from designs we have on file that can be edited or adapted to your needs.
4. Single Color Designs in quantities of 25 or more may qualify for price breaks.
We will not infringe on trademarks. We have licensing agreements with Kansas State University and Fort Hays State University but anything incorporating those trademarks will need to be within their guidelines and will need to be approved by their approval teams prior to production.
